My Tasks
Created on

My Tasks is a cross-organization view that shows every task assigned to you, regardless of which organization it belongs to. If you are a member of multiple organizations, all your assigned tasks appear together in a single list.

Click My Tasks in the left sidebar. This view is always scoped to you — it never shows tasks assigned to other people.

My Tasks shows every task where you are listed as an assignee. Tasks appear from all organizations you are a member of.

Each task card shows the organization it belongs to alongside the usual task details (title, status, priority, labels).

Use the filter toolbar at the top of the page to narrow down your tasks:

  • Status: Show only tasks in specific statuses (e.g., In Progress, Todo)
  • Priority: Focus on Urgent or High priority items
  • Labels: Filter to tasks with specific labels
  • Category: Show tasks in a particular category

Filters can be combined — for example, show all In Progress, High Priority tasks across all your organizations.

My Tasks supports the same view modes and grouping options as the organization task list:

  • List or Kanban — Switch view modes from the View dropdown
  • Group by — Organize by status, priority, assignee, or category
  • Sub-group by — Add a second level of grouping
  • Show completed — Toggle whether Done and Canceled tasks are included

See Task Views for full details on view configuration.

My Tasks updates in real time. When a colleague assigns a task to you or changes the status of one of your tasks, the change appears immediately without refreshing the page.

My Tasks is a filtered view of your assignments — it doesn’t replace the organization task list. Changes made to a task in My Tasks (updating status, priority, etc.) are reflected in the organization’s task list and vice versa.
